Fifteen minutes. No pitch deck.

Tell me what's happening. I'll give you my honest view.

I am happy to spend 15 minutes talking through your local business, what you have tried and what I would look at next. If I do not think you should buy something from us, I will say so.

What to expect

We will work out the next sensible step.

You do not need a formal brief. Tell me what the business sells, where the customers come from, what a new customer is worth and what you would like to improve.

I may suggest something you can do yourself. I may tell you to gather more information before spending money. If one of our services fits, I will explain why and leave the decision with you.

The fair boundary

The initial conversation and a few ideas are free. Detailed research, a bespoke written plan, campaign design and implementation are paid work.

That lets me help people without pretending a short conversation can replace proper analysis.

Three good outcomes

Buying something is only one of them.

01

Do it yourself

You leave with a sensible action and use the free Growth Library.

02

Investigate first

We identify missing evidence, such as search demand or customer economics.

03

Ask us to help

We recommend the smallest service that can actually fix the problem.

Start with context

Prefer to send the details first?

Use the short form and include the business, area, customer value and current priority. That gives Paul enough context to make the conversation focused.
