Results that mattered to the business.
Calls, enquiries, pipeline, lower acquisition costs and enough demand to fill capacity. These examples show what happened for individual clients, not what we pretend every business will achieve.
From one or two calls a week to five to ten a day.
Doctor Locks started with low and inconsistent inbound demand. For a local locksmith, that is the problem in its most obvious form: if the telephone does not ring, there is no job to quote for.
Across a relationship of around seven years, we worked on the website, Google Business Profile, local SEO, hosting and ongoing support. The objective was not traffic for its own sake. It was to appear when nearby customers urgently needed a locksmith and make contacting the business straightforward.
The result: call volume grew from roughly one or two calls a week to around five to ten calls a day.
40 number-one rankings and Google Ads cost per lead halved.
The business had an outdated Joomla website that was holding back future growth. We rebuilt the foundation by moving it to WordPress, then developed its organic and paid search presence around commercially useful terms.
The work treated the website, SEO and Google Ads as one acquisition system rather than unrelated services.
The result: 40 keywords reached position one, more than 100 appeared on page one, Google Ads cost per lead was halved and inbound enquiries increased.
Demand grew until capacity became the constraint.
EIFitness needed a stronger online route for people considering professional fitness training. The website and search strategy made the offer easier to understand and helped the business appear when suitable trainees were actively looking.
The result: demand grew to the point where annual capacity was around 450 trainees. The limiting factor was no longer simply generating interest, but how many people the business could serve.
Approximately £20 million in pipeline generated in 12 months.
ILOS needed commercially relevant land opportunities for solar and agrivoltaic projects. This was not a campaign where cheap clicks or a high volume of weak leads would count as success.
Meta advertising was used to reach suitable landowners, create initial conversations and judge performance by the value of genuine opportunities entering the pipeline.
The result: approximately £20 million in pipeline value was generated over twelve months.
These results are evidence of experience, not a promise that every business will get the same outcome.
Results depend on:
- The market and customer demand
- The strength of the offer
- Competition and budget
- Response and follow-up
- The business’s capacity to deliver
